Gateway to Adventure

Located in northern Wyoming, Sheridan College is perfectly situated for adventure. We are located less than an hour’s drive from the dramatic vistas of the Bighorn Mountains. World-famous outdoor spots, such as Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Custer National Forest, and Thunder Basin National Grassland are also within a day’s drive. Whether you love to hike, climb, camp, hunt, ski, or fish, this is the place for you.

The scenery is certainly beautiful, and it is meant to be enjoyed. Sheridan College has you covered. Through our Venture Outdoors Program, students can check out equipment for camping, fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and more from the Innominate House. Join an adventure to local recreation spots on a regular basis, and become a member of our Outdoor Adventure club on campus.
