Sally teaches a broad range of courses within the Health & Human Performance Department, specializing in classes for the Athletic Training and Exercise Science degrees. In addition, she instructs general education courses focused on health and wellness, and community health topics.
With over three decades of experience in the industry, Sally has worked in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and health clubs. Her teaching philosophy centers on motivating and inspiring students through enthusiasm and knowledge. She creates dynamic, interactive learning experiences to foster a deeper understanding, working closely with her students to help them gain confidence in their chosen fields. Passionate about health and wellness, Sally appreciates the vital role it plays in everyday life and strives to bring that insight into her teaching.
Sally is proud to call Sheridan home, where she lives with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the mountains, reading, supporting youth sports, and volunteering at local rodeos and steer riding events.
