Sheridan College Theater & Dance Production
Friday, November 22nd at 7pm, and Saturday, November 23rd at 4pm at the WYO Theater in downtown Sheridan.
The Sheridan College Theater & Dance programs has created a combined production titled “A Seat at the Table,” which is a physical theater piece that draws on interviews with people connected to each member of the class, exploring journeys they have taken in life. The show was created around these interviews, and it has developed into a piece about connection, the importance of talking, what it means to live a life with honor and meaning, and the things that lead us to our destination. It is an interdisciplinary piece that works with students across theater and dance where we explore story through text, physicality, and music by Sheridan College music professor Dr. Chris Erickson.
