High School Equivalency Prep (HiSET)

Sheridan College provides High School Equivalency programs to help students aged 16 and older prepare for exams that lead to certification equivalent to a high school diploma. This credential enables students to pursue higher education at colleges or technical schools and advance their career opportunities. At Sheridan College, the HiSET exam is offered as part of this program, providing a flexible and accessible pathway for achieving educational goals.

Adult Basic Education (ABE)

Sheridan College offers Adult Basic Education (ABE) to help individuals improve their academic skills and prepare for new opportunities. This program provides free instruction to anyone who tests below the 12th-grade level in any subject on the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE).
