Tobie has been a Registered Nurse since 1984. She began her career in urban hospitals in Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee, completing a degree in Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. In 1991, she moved to Denver, Colorado, and worked as the Obstetrical Nurse Manager at Denver General Hospital. Eventually, Tobie moved to Wyoming. She has lived and worked in Laramie and Jackson, but in 2002, she and her husband settled in Sheridan. She has worked at Sheridan College for 16 years and has worked part time at Sheridan Memorial Hospital for 15 years. She assists with instruction of Prenatal Education Classes at Sheridan Memorial Hospital and is a certified AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Instructor. Tobie loves being active and being outdoors in Wyoming.
Sheridan College is a comprehensive community college located at the base of the beautiful Bighorn Mountains. Sheridan College serves Sheridan and Johnson Counties in northern Wyoming.
