Sheridan College (SC) welcomes the community to reserve event space whenever possible. There are rooms and gathering areas available in Sheridan and Buffalo. Rooms vary from classroom-size or larger presentation rooms to banquet-size and even indoor arenas. Please note that student and academic activities are our first priority regarding availability of space.

Student Groups, Faculty & Staff
Student organizations, groups, clubs, faculty, and staff are welcome to use space for educational purposes and sanctioned activities at no charge. Student groups may contact Campus Life and Housing to schedule space. Others may login to the NWCCD Hub to reserve facilities.

Non-Profit & Government Agencies
NWCCD provides a discounted rental rate to government agencies, nonprofits, and activities sponsored by the District or its colleges.

Commercial Entities
For other businesses and organizations, the use of space must first be approved by the NWCCD Vice President of Administration/CFO. Requests are subject to commercial fees. We do not wish to compete with local event venues.

Campus housing at Sheridan College may be available during the summer or when not in use by students. To inquire about availability or prices, contact the Director of Campus Life and Housing.

The Sheridan College campus offers catering for events through our food service provider, Chartwells. For more information on catering options, contact Chartwells Catering at 307-675-0530.

Alcohol is allowed on NWCCD campuses with special permission from the Vice President for Administration/CFO.

Sheridan College provides a limited amount of setup and tear down, as well as access to tables, chairs, and other equipment. Services such as custodial or technology support services are charged on a per-hour basis.

Many classrooms are furnished with instructional technology such as SMART boards, projectors, and Zoom technology. In other areas of campus, equipment such as microphones, TVs, flip charts, and easels, may available.
